The world of pornography isn’t particularly known for any real interest in making full movies for the general public release, but that does not imply that they haven’t had their fair share of adult erotica released as a movie. Ever since the 1960’s when pornography was first legalized, movie producers around the globe have tried their hands at a couple of pornographic movies. Below are 5 of the best classic Italian pornography movies;

Belle de Jour (1967): One of the very best of classic Italian erotica, where a young housewife decides to spend her afternoons as a sex worker while remaining chaste in her marriage. This probably isn’t your typical hardcore gang bang pornography, but with an uncommon depth in storyline, it definitely is worth the check.

Death in Venice (1971): Second on the list is a Luchino Visconti movie, adapted from a not so popular Thomas Mann novel. Gustave, a composer, travels to a Venetian seaside resort where he meets and falls in love with an adolescent boy. One very interesting thing about this movie is its gay quality. Fans of gay porn would do their desires justice to have a go at this.

Teorema (1968): Pornographic content diversity at its finest. For a pornographic movie shot in the 60’s, it sure is impressive to find more than one porn genre in a classic movie. One man seduces an entire family and gets away with it, it doesn’t get better than this.

The comfort of strangers (1990): Do you love stories of dysfunctional marriages that get fixed by more than a dose of dirty sex with total strangers? If you do, this is the movie for you.

Castle Eros (2002): A classic Hugh Hefner play boy mansion movie where everything is magical with two sexy female tourists unlocking sensual secrets.
